The article deals with the problem of the issues related to the development of the state and municipal administration in contemporary Russia.
The article tries to answer the questions: «What are the main problems in our country/state?” and “where can these problems lead and how can they be implemented and solved?”
The article gives close attention to the fact that nowadays issues related to state and municipal management are relevant and deserve attention and methods of solution.

The article explains the state and the economic system suffers greatly from the harmful and destructive effects of corruption, this is a strong threat not only for citizens, but also for the entire country.
To continue his story, the authors note it becomes possible to resolve current issues, identify future priorities, activate the fight against corruption, control unreasonable and irrational expenditure of the public resources and significantly increase the functioning level of the entire public administration system and, consequently, the quality of the life people`s life.
In conclusion, the authors emphasizes that it is important to immediately solve problems in our country, neglecting corruption and eliminating ineffective employees who slow down the development of our country.
The authors seem to be really interested in the problem of state and municipal administration because there is the problem of an ineffective structure of state bodies at the federal level of government. The reason for the organizational instability of the apparatus is the promiscuity of the system.
In my opinion, people who do not have a detailed understanding of their official duties are often employed in municipal bodies. In addition, this problem includes the lack of required the level of professional education and the proper qualifications of civil servants.
I am sure that it is necessary to establish interaction between citizens and authorities. It will be possible to reach a new level of management policy when it is possible to overcome these problems and implement the solutions. This will lead to a society that in the current world situation is the guarantor of stability. Russia needs to solve the problems and tasks it faces in order for the country to develop further in the conditions of the rapidly developing modern world,.
